Bug Description
Right now you need to do:
$ nova volume-attach $INSTANCE_NAME $VOLUME_ID $DEVICE
It would be more consistent with other commands to also accept:
$ nova volume-attach $INSTANCE_NAME $VOLUME_NAME $DEVICE

Is this bug actually in progress? There doesn't seem to be any code proposed for it.
