Bug Description

Will the QUCS package in Ubuntu be updated from the 0.0.15 version to the latest 0.0.16?

I ask because I found that if I use the 0.0.16 version on a machine running windows at work, when I try to load the same project on my ubuntu machine at home runing version 0.0.15, it will not accept the newer version project file. I used to use 0.0.15 on both computers and did not have this problem until the windows port got updated to 0.0.16.

Unfortunately, 0.0.16 fails to build on armel in Debian, so I'm reluctant to sync this to Ubuntu. However, if that should be fixed before precise's release, we can probably get a freeze exception for it. If backports opens pre-release, we can definitely throw it in there though.

Micah, qucs built on all Ubuntu architectures for quantal. Did you want to look into backporting this to precise still?
