Bug Description
Just a simple request to add a new environment-type (texture stage mode) to combine a normal map and a gloss map. The normal map would occupy red, green and blue channels and glossiness (shine) would be stored in the alpha channel.
For the egg syntax this would be a new environment-type (envtype) named NORMAL_GLOSS, for the TextureStage interface it could be called 'MNormalGloss'.
