Bug Description
The probabilistic-event based and scenario risk calculator make use of a module that samples the loss ratio based on a probabilistic distribution. Currently, OpenQuake assumed that this distribution is always lognormal. It is necessary to add the capacity to read the type of distribution defined in the vulnerability model, and carry out the calculations according to this parameter.
