Tool tip string of "Print Test Page" should be "Ubuntu test page" instead of "CUPS test page"

Bug Description
Since 0.7.71+
So, we have to change tool tip string:
../printerprop
also should be "Ubuntu test page" or such kind of words instead of S-C-P upstream string; "CUPS test page."
