Bug Description
There is no way to re-define or delete namespaces,
a possible approach could be adding an already defined namespace to re-define one, and re-defining to a blank URI to delete it...

This bug was reported to be XQJ compatible, due some discussion about this topic on the mailing list the solution was implemented at XQJ layer.
