[Qt 4.8] Images in sky culture descriptions are not displayed

If the description file of a sky culture (the one in the view window starlore tab) contains an image, it is not displayed.
This is in bzr 5148. bzr5125 does not have this issue.

On Linux I can't reproduce this issue. Do you can build Stellarium from source code on Windows?

Sorry, I have no knowledge on building the source for windows. The problem can be platform specific, because it may be an issue with path definitions. I'm only guessing.

5148 is the test build with Qt 4.8. It also has some other issues.

So yes, it appears to be a Qt bug:

It seems that there might be a workaround. Anyway, if no workaround is found and we release 0.11.2 before Qt 4.8.1 (or whenever this bug is fixed), I'm going to build it with the 4.7.* libraries.

I've committed a workaround that seems to work:

The define that includes it is Qt 4.8-specific, though, so we will have to check again if it appears in the next Qt version.
