No setting exists to make "Best Fit" the default view

Bug Description

When I open a new PDF, the default view is always "Fit Page Width". A setting should exist that allows users to set "Best Fit" as the default view.

This works for me in Precise, Ubuntu 12.04, using evince version 3.3.90-0ubuntu2. I am going to set the bug task to Fix Released.
