use Title Case on trash button

Bug Description
the trash button reads "Empty the trash" but it should use Title Case (like other buttons) and read "Empty The Trash" or at least it should say "Empty the Trash" because Trash is a proper location in the filesystem.

Dan, in Title Case, "the" won't be capitalized. ;) So it should indeed be "Empty the Trash"
