Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

I just attempted to upgrade from edgy to feisty via upgrade-manager -c -d. It seemed to download all the packages fine, but the installation halted when trying to install apache2-common with the error 'Could not install 'apache2-common'', and the details 'subprocess pre-removal script returned error status 1'. It suggested I file a bug report here. Let me know if I can provide any more info.
