The info manual needs to have a section on Customization. The possible contents of the section include:
- the two configuration files and which variables should go where.
- how to set variables local to folders:
(set (make-local-
- how to set summary-formats, and some predefined summary formats
- how to define summary-faces
- what to put in hooks
