Apport details dialog one line and not resizable

When I click to expand the "Content of the report" section in the "Send problem report to the developers?" window, just over one line of content from the report is visible, and the window cannot be expanded by dragging at the corners.

There was a bug already fixed released and details window was resizable.
Since there were no recent changes of apport assume the culprit is somewhere within a gtk update.

Finally found fix released bug 865754 from Oneiric, seems it got lost due to some other update.
* apport-gtk: In bug update mode, make details dialog resizable and fix
    default size. Patch cherry-picked from trunk r1991.

I'd consider this bug as fixed with apport (1.92-0ubuntu1).
There was a broad overhaul done on UI which imho was pretty well done.
