Bug Description
When the third byte of the IP address of the Arduino Ethernet Shield is set to 0 the fourth byte is set to 0 whatever the value assigned. Example 192.168.0.4 is assigned as 192.168.0.0. Teste with Arduino Uno and official Ethernet Shield (Wiznet Chip) IDE v1.0
