Bug Description
IWATA Hidetaka has added new tests to QBzr test suite and now it imports QtTest. That library isn't present in standalone bzr.exe therefore running qbzr tests with standalone bzr.exe is no more possible:
C:\work\
bzr selftest -s bp.qbzr
bzr: ERROR: No module named QtTest
You may need to install this Python library separately.
make.EXE: *** [test] Ошибка 3
It will be nice if QtTest will be included in the next bzr release.

This will require to patch bzr's setup.py as well, I think.
