First letter in Dash, Launcher Bar Tooltips, Global Menu: Not antialiased

Bug Description

Some users / testers of the Ubuntu+1 Development Release (now PP) have reported that after the install of PP Alpha 1 (or the update of previous installs to Unity 5.2) has caused texts in the Global Menu, Dash and Launcher Bar Tooltips to be displayed in a antialiased form.

I have asked users to check general antialiasing/hinting settings via gconf/dconf, /etc/fonts/ and ~/.fonts.conf, but users have reported normal settings.

I am available for further testing if required.
