OpenID transaction fails (duplicate nick)

Bug Description
I fail to log into the summit system due to my Launchpad nick being taken by the system for
someone else or something like that. It says:
"The username (triad) with which you tried to log in is already in use for a different account.
The username (triad) with which you tried to log in is already in use for a different account.
If you continue to experience problems with Summit, please Report it!"
I don't have another username, I use this on lauchpad and every other connected system.

Linus, we believe that this is a Launchpad bug... have you ever merged accounts or anything along those lines? Please look at bug #881019
