Delays should use decimal precision "Shipping Delay"

In OpenERP 6.0 and trunk, the module "stock" introduces a decimal precision "Shipping Delays" but it's used only when computing reporting data.
I humbly suggest it should be used in all delay fields, such as company security delay, MRP scheduler horizon, product lead times etc.

We should be apply "shipping delay" precision for following fields .

produce_delay: line:296 product
sale_delay : line:295
seller_delay: line:324

security_lead: 27: sale

As a generalize way I am assign it to addons-2 .

I have no problem with that.
Maybe in the meantime, the precision "shipping delays" could be renamed to indicate it's a reporting precision only: "Shipping Delay Reports" maybe?.

Actually, it seems that in trunk-wms this decimal precision isn't used anymore at all... and I don't really see the point having a decimal precision dedicated on that.

So.. no, it won't be included in trunk-wms
