Bug Description
After installation Ubuntu 12.04 Precise on VIA architecture (xserver-
On the same machine with Ubuntu 11.10, the default SHell interface was Unity-2d (unity is not work at all).

I suggest you file a new bug with xserver- xorg-video- openchrome detailing the issues you have with the driver, since those performance issues with Unity are actually driver related.
In the meantime, I'll mark this bug appropriately for the openchrome driver to be added to the Unity-3D driver blacklist.
