Bug Description

In "Disks and Partitions" the help mentions that "Partition Manger is not installed by default." This is no longer the case. In fact this whole section needs to be redone.

In fact the whole section needs to be re-written as there are a lot of things that need to be changed

I will see what I can do. Can you be more accurate on your section and area of the help documentation? I believe that Kubuntu has a documentation team you might want to to refer this to them. I have assigned my self to the bug, and I will work with you
