Registration emails are not being sent

AFAICT, if you register with username that is an email, a registration email goes out. If your username isn't an email, nothing gets sent. Manually asking for registration email works. This matches what's described in http://trac-hacks.org/ticket/6318, so perhaps the proposed patch will solve it.

Other problems with this plugin: it's crap. I'm pretty sure if you don't login immediately after registering the email also won't sent.

Options:

1. Try https://bitbucket.org/larsivi/trac-accountmanager-plugin/, which has the fix applied.
2. Or we can give up on this codebase and try e.g. openid-based logins.

Unless I hear from someone I will try option 1.

I did the upgrade. So far looks like it fixed the problem, I will await feedback and if it works for others I will close the bug.
