Bug Description

Pulseaudio cannot recognize my sound cart no more after upgrade Ubuntu packages.
I had upgraded packages from ubuntu and suddenly KDE couldn't recognize my sound card, so I realised that pulseaudio cannot recognize too (no output).

This bug is similar to bug#817943

ad1984a has two [Audio Output] 0x3 and 0x4 , so it is possible for the driver to create a Headphone Volume Control and a Speaker Volume control if pulseaudio require port "Headphone" has a volume control
