Bug Description

Bazaar Explorer shows a crash message when opening a local repository without having a username specified before.

Instead of showing an error report, a dialog for asking the user credentials would be more appropriate.

Bazaar Explorer V 1.2.1 shows additional information:

QBzr 0.21.1, bzrlib 2.4.2, PyQT 4.8.4, Qt 4.7.2, Python 2.6.6

We should run qconfig automatically if we want user to set up his identity.
