gschem -h refers for bug reporting to <email address hidden>

Currently, "gschem -h" output refers the user to "<email address hidden>" for bug reporting. Bug handling has been moved to launchpad.This should be reflected in the help message.

    gschem: update usage with bug-filing address

    Change the bug filing address from email to the launchpad site. Also
    update the website address for the gEDA project and update the copyright
    date range for the file to include 2012.
