Bug Description

How to reproduce:
1) sudo apt-get install texlive-base
2) sudo dpkg-reconfigure texlive base
What happens:
sudo dpkg-reconfigure texlive-base
Running mktexlsr. This may take some time... done.
dpkg-trigger: error: must be called from a maintainer script (or with a --by-package option)
What should happen:
The package shold get reconfigured, right?
