Launcher doesn't reveal with the mouse after upgrade to unity 5.2

After upgrade to unity 5.2 the launcher doesn't reveal when the mouse is moved to the left (or top-left)
Reveal spot is set to left-side

TEST CASE:
1. Open any resizable application
2. Maximize it
3. Move the mouse pointer to the left edge of the screen

EXPECTED RESULT
The laucher reveals

Nothing happens
