The Clock panel's Appointments and Tasks calendar gives incorrect times for Evolution appointments after Daylight Savings Time

Bug Description

Binary package hint: evolution

The Clock panel in the upper right corner of the screen lets me "Click to view your appointments and tasks." However, the times of these appointments no longer match with what I enter into Evolution. I suspect this is due to the Daylight Savings Time change.

To reproduce:
  1. Enter a new appointment that includes a time into the Evolution calendar.
  2. Click on the Clock panel and click on the day of the new appointment.
  3. The Clock panel will display a time an hour later than the time in Evolution.

This may be an Evolution bug; Evolution claims it is adjusting for Daylight Savings Time, but if it is using an outdated definition, it would explain why Clock is "springing ahead" its unadjusted times.

This is very serious. I use the Clock's panel many times a day. Incorrect times make the Clock panel unusable.

I am using:
Ubuntu 6.10
Clock 2.16.1
Evolution 2.8.1

Attached is a screenshot comparison of Evolution and the Clock panel. An appointment for 7pm shows up as 8pm in the Clock panel.
