acetone failed to rip .iso from dvd drive to harddisk - error code 1

I have for faster install of virtual OS tried to rip a .iso to harddrive from dvd drive with acetone.

The ripping process failed with error code 1.

I have gathered it with ubuntu-bug -w from console.

I have a dvd here that causes reproducible acetone to exit with error code one.

The strange of the problem is that this crashed the system!

Would it be possible to have access to this DVD to check the bug?

I have not observed this with Ubuntu12.10 and Ubuntu 13.04 development branch.

Unfortunally it is to long ago as that I am able to remember which dvd it was.
