New project for android.git.linaro.org

Zach thought I'd have permission to create a new project, but it looks
like I don't.

Could you create a new project for me? I've attached the bare-clone of
my repo. As this is a component for the LAVA server, I think the path in
gerrit should be lava-server/android_benchmark_views.

FYI: Here's what I tried that failed:
 ssh <email address hidden> -p 29418 gerrit create-project
 --name lava-server/android_benchmark_views
 Enter passphrase for key '/home/doanac/.ssh/id_rsa':
 Error when trying to create project: fatal: Not permitted to create
 lava-server/android_benchmark_views

Concerns raised:

- android.git.linaro.org was intended solely for Android platform code, that would be a first "custom" project there (criteria: would never be accepted upstream)
- not a place where Linaro projects are usually looked for, in particular, away from the rest of LAAV codebase
- requires additional setup, maintenance, and support efforts from Infra team, whereas Launchpad and git.linaro.org offer hassle-free hosting options

Confirmed that should be hosted at android.git.linaro.org by Zach and Andy, approved by Danilo.

Well, by default you wouldn't have such permission. After thinking how to take care of that, I created a group "Andy Doan's Projects" (with yourself as the only member) and set it as the owner of lava-server/android_benchmark_views this should allow you to set up the workflow for that project (in particular, let you give yourself change merge permissions).
