Patch to fix clipping bug

The patch dvisgm.patch included in the attached tarball makes clipping work correctly:
latex venn
dvisvgm -n venn

With this patch, dvisgm now provides an easy way to implement SVG support in Asymptote (http://asymptote.sf.net).

John, thanks for your work on this patch. Unfortunately, I already fixed the clipping problem after noticing it in http://dvisvgm.sourceforge.net/pstricks-fonts.svg (upper left gray ball).
I should probably make my hg repository publicity available sometime, so that double work is avoided.

I've just uploaded the new release 0.8.4 which also fixes this bug.
