"File -> recent projects" does nothing if a project is already open.

To reproduce:

1. Start openshot and open any project any way you like.
2. Click File -> Recent Projects and click any project.

What should happen: Selected project should open.

What happens instead: Nothing.

Reproducable: Always.

By the way, it would help us from an admin point of view if you log bugs against the Openshot Video Editor project (https://bugs.launchpad.net/openshot) rather than openshot(ubuntu). Thanks.
