Synaptic "Apply Changes" Window Mis-aligned

Bug Description

When apply changes in a terminal window is chosen from Preferences the terminal shown on the "Applying Changes" window is aligned to 0,0 in the window.
This means it is over the text at the top and not aligned with the scrollbar on the right.
It looks messy :)
Probably not high priority but looks "amateurish" to new users.
This is without "Desktop Effects" switched on.
