Bug Description
The Classical PSHA-based risk and probabilistic event-based calculator should also be capable of producing average loss maps. In order to do so, the loss curve for each asset should be used to compute the average loss (if the time span was set to 1 year, Average Annual Loss - AAL will be obtained). There is a function that does this already, which is used in for the BCR calculator. The average loss per asset should be stored exactly in the same way as the loss values for the loss map (for a probability of exceedance in a given time span). The only difference, is that there is no need of defining the probability of exceedance, but only the time span.
