ubiquity crashes on 12.04 alpha install

Bug Description

Apport was unable to send due to Bug #923582 (no network connect). Ubiquity crashes at end of install. Grub not installed. Still says installation complete.
Not sure what all info will help. I have copied the whole /var/log/ dir to another disk if more info is needed.

These files are there on the iso, I checked. (installed from usb stick)

Ok, second look. The actual file name is Packages.gz not just Packages.

Latest Ubuntu Studio 12.04 alpha (feb1)no longer has this problem.
