The chat system could do with some minor tweaks

Bug Description:
Currently the chat system offers the following:
Submitter notes by Test Tester ¥ on.....
Review notes by Dave Morley on.....
comment only by Dave Morley
comment only by Test Tester ¥
comment only by Test Tester ¥
comment only by Dave Morley and so on

I would be better to reword the Comment only posts to:
Submitter notes by Test Tester ¥ on.....
Review notes by Dave Morley on.....
Test Tester ¥ Wrote
Dave Morley Wrote
Dave Morley Wrote
Test Tester Wrote

This makes who is saying what far quicker to track.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. create and application
2. Have some back and forth conversations between the reviewer and the developer and you will soon see the issue

Expected Result:
I expect it to be as easy to read as a chat in Empathy or IRC you see a name then what they wrote and it's really easy to follow, currently it's too easy to miss who said what as the username is the 3rd or 4th word in. This should only be applied to standard Comment only remarks the general messages from the review process then stand out as they are not lead in by a usrename making them stand out more.
