Changes to the theme!

When I click on restart / shutdown button, then the theme changes.

do you mean that you see nautilus unthemed for some seconds while the session is closing?

To reproduce:
1.The computers have started a long time (9-10 hours).
2.Install updates, if any.
3.Open multiple folders.
4.Restart your computer (do not close the update manager, because the result is more effective).

Expected result:
The computer will restart immediately!

What's really happening:
Slow to restart, because it changes the theme!
