When I turn bluetooth off from the indicator, it's always on again after rebooting.

Reported the toggle issue since Oneiric bug 815539. The only difference now with Precise is that in settings it stays turned off, although the indicator indicates something else and in addition indicates different status after reboot or cold boot.

Confirming, this is a known issue that needs to be covered at the bluez level somehow... (like saving killswitch states? stgraber has at least started something like this already)
