Bug Description

I've upgraded from 10.04 LTS to Precise during alpha. When I insert my iPod via USB, Rhythmbox does not include the device. dmesg contains the mass storage hints:

Music->Check new devices does not reveal anything. It worked well on 10.04 LTS.

Can you please check Edit -> Plugins whether the iPod plugin is enabled? Until yesterday we did not install rhythmbox-plugins by default, so due to this you might have it disabled.

No response in 6 weeks, and this was most likely because we did not enable the plugins by default.
