window title incorrect for welcome screen

Bug Description
1. Open Scratch. Title is "Scratch"
2. Create a new document. Title is "New (.) - Scratch"
3. Close the tab to reshow the welcome screen.
The title should change back to just "Scratch", but it shows "New (.) - Scratch" instead.
