Custom Font selector sensitivity is opposite of the expected

Bug Description

In Scratch preferences, the font selector is made sensitive and insensitive in the opposite way as is expected.

When "Custom Font" is off, the font selector is sensitive. And when "Custom Font" is on, the font selector is insensitive.

This doesn't make sense because it means that I can only select a custom font when I'm not using one.

The wrong thing is the string! It shouldn't be "Custom font" but "System font"
