Python completion is slow

When completions are suggested, there is a delay when the completer is being rendered, which causes a delay is showing the text that is still being typed at the cursor. This is repeatedly a problem when typing several words on the same line. One possible fix for this is to cache the proposals if the line as not moved because it is very unlikely that the python needs to be recompiled to learn about new symbols
