new update 11.10.1 didnt get to finish installing and I cant access my main acct.

Bug Description

Im not to sure what all I had befor this, but I know it was just Ubuntu One and then it wanted to update its software and
it was 11.10.1 and befor it finished my computer got turned off on accident, and when I restarted it it will not allow me into
my main user acct, but I can go threw the guest. I was thinking that all it would have done was just finish the updates. But I cant get around the updates or even remove them just to get back to what I had.
I really need help fixing this so I can fully access my computer and its info.

We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to look at all reported bugs in a timely manner. You reported this bug some time ago and there have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time.

Presumably this problem was a one time occurrence and/or is no longer an issue? Can the bug report now be closed? If we do not hear from you the bug report will close itself in approximately 60 days time.
