[Remove] Remove libxft (universe) from feisty

Bug Description

libxft (universe) builds libxft2-dbg, libxft-dev, libxft2. All three packages are now build from xft (main).
There is no reason to keep libxft around.

Will remove the following packages from feisty:

    libxft | 2.1.8.2-0ubuntu3 | source
libxft-dev | 2.1.8.2-0ubuntu2 | hppa
   libxft2 | 2.1.8.2-0ubuntu2 | hppa
libxft2-dbg | 2.1.8.2-0ubuntu2 | hppa
