openshot cuts off the last second of video when exporting to bluray

Bug Description

To reproduce:

1. Import (say) a ten second clip. Drop it on the timeline.
2. "Export video"
3. Select blu-ray/avchd

The resulting clip is 9 seconds long. This does not happen with other output formats, so if I want to render 1 project to multiple formats I have to tweak it which is annoying.

Same thing happening for me. Cuts off about a second and a half, only in blueray/AVCHD.

Not restricted to Ubuntu. Also seeing this with OpenShot on Fedora 19. I have to add 1 second of audio to my timeline for it to export the full video clip.

For me it cuts off a few dozen milliseconds at the end, when exporting to DVD-PAL.

It also cuts off about a second when you export it as Web-Youtube preset.

Does this still occur in new versions of openshot and Ubuntu?

Same problem when exporting video. libx264/aac hd 720p any framerate. Exporting 00:00:08.00, exported video imported: length 00:00:07:20.

I'm working with long raw videos cut into smaller clips, and editing the exported smaller clips to make a longer video. Losing frames every time when I export a clip to a file is not very practical. I have to edit the sound in a different program, making the whole process really painful.

Same, also on 16.04 LTS with OpenShot 1.4.3. Exporting to the YouTube HD target.

My workaround was to duplicate a clip, slice off a single frame, and put it 1
second after the end of my video.
