Bug Description
This isn't a bug in the traditional sense however, it bugs me and i'm sure, lots of other people, so i'm registering it as a bug cos it seems no one else has.
In all other App stores I know, apps that are free (i.e $0) require no payment procedure in order for them to be installed on your device. However, in USC, some free apps are priced and $0 and require you to go through the whole payment procedure, even though you are not actually paying for anything. I don't think this is right. USC should be able to know that those apps are free and allow the user to just download them instead of attempting to pay. Thanks.
