This is actually when trying to install Umbrello 1.5.8. Notice that my automake version is newer than the required one, so there is no backward-compatibility in place. Could be it's only an issue with Umbrello, but could be with automake I presume.

This is an issue with the version check in the configure script of the old Umbrello release. (It probably only looks at the first digit past the . in the version)
