Bug Description:
Main deb lines are unaccessible to USC due to no admin group on precise.

/!\ N.B only happens on fresh installs!

64bit Precise

USC Version:
5.1.7

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Start USC from the terminal
2. Click on Install Previous Pruchase...
3. Select a purchase and install
4. Note the permission denied in the terminal and errors and crash report

Expected Results:
I expect the app to install but currently have the wrong distro series in the deb line as per app reinstalls on oneiric from natty

I pushed lp:~mvo/aptdaemon/admin-group-fix that hopefully resolved this issue
