multi-touch dash and window drag broken

I upgraded a few days ago and now I realise that 4-finger tap does not bring up the dash, 3-fingers do not drag windows.

As far as I know, 3-finger drag over a window will soon open up the HUD. Not sure about why 4-finger tap isn't working. Probably a uTouch break?

As far as I know, as per the latest design specs, all finger-tapping shortcuts have been removed, and one for the HUD have been added. Or, probably, both were removed. John, can you confirm this?

Well the hud is added and neither 3 or 4 finger tap brings it up. I think something is still broken.

I'm not aware of that. The gestures the reporter mention should work. Where are those design specs you're talking about?

Hi Curtis,

You're describing two issues in a single bug report. Please keep to one issue per bug report.

The 3-fingers' drag problem has also been reported on bug #940612, whose fix has been committed late last week (your bug report wasn't on my radar).

As for the 4-fingers' tap, some fixes that have been done recently on the utouch stack (utouch-frame, utouch-grail and utouch-geis) should have solved this problem. If I'm not mistaken, they have all been released by now.
