Bug Description

What happen : When you define a keyboard shortcut in Easystroke, using a "main" key of Unity Keyboards shorcuts (Super, Alt for HUD), it does the shortcut (close the window for Alt+F4 for example) AND the keyboard Unity shortcut (show HUD for Alt)

What is expected : As for a normal keyboard shorcut, just doing the normal keyboard shorcut, not Unity One

How to reproduce : Install easystroke > Define a keyboard shortcut using a unity main key ( Can be "Super" + --> to switch to right desktop) > Use your knew mouse shortcut. In this case, you will swhitch to the desktop on your right (Good) AND been displayed Unity Dash (Bad)

Using Unity in Precise, with HUD PPA. Not seen in Oneiric, but can be there too (I can't test actually, no Oneiric here)

I don't understand why, but this apparently is how unity reacts to shortcuts emitted through XTest; xte exhibits the same behavior:

xte 'keydown Super_L' 'key Right' 'keyup Super_L'

So there is probably nothing I can do in easystroke to fix this.

Tom, I'm not familiar with XTest, but is it possible to have a 251ms delay between keydown and keyup? I think it might be a workaround for this problem. See, e.g. this remark and remark #4 in the same bug report:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/unity/+bug/747812/comments/2

(I'll also take this chance to thank your for Easystroke - it's a wonderful piece of software!)
