Ubiquity if start install process, but for few seconds stop installation and use 100% 1core CPU

Bug Description

If Ubiquity start installation process and format target partition on HDD(manual adjustment of the layout), Ubiquity eat my 1core and stop install process.
I've yet tested other options.
My system have 1SSD(not target for installation process&3HDDs).
(Google translate)

..and Ubiquity(only twice say from 7 tests:) Cannot blabla install linux generic kernel...your HDD is propably damaged.
(yes, my HDD have 7 sectors bad, but for long time(years).

With only 1 HDD pluged is situation fine.

Today same ISO and with 1 same HDD...same problem.
I will testing new ISO.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to look at all reported bugs in a timely manner. There have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if you could test it on a currently supported Ubuntu version. When you test it and it is still an issue, kindly upload the updated logs by running only once:
apport-collect 921209

and any other logs that are relevant for this particular issue.
