Facebook-chat is broken

Facebook-chat is broken since a while.
I'm receiving messages but the messages I'm sending don't reach my friends.

can you please attach the dug log of empathy chat while reproducing the bug,
you can get it from help ==> debug menu

and also attach the empathy chat log while having chat and bug occur,

I'm using Empethy Version 3.2.0.1. I will attach the chat log. Already described the steps to reproduce. Everytime someone is writing me via Facebook-Chat I receive the message but my answers don't reach my chat-partner.

OK, you first have to download the log. Then you can read it.

i click on the logfile but its not open or as you are saying that a file is download than but the file is not downloaded
and please dont change the status.. thats my work not yours.

As described above. Seems to be a launchpad bug. You have to right-click on the log-file and choose "Save as ....". After the file is saved you can open it.

I've got the same bug after an upgrade to Precise.

I still can't write to my Facebook-Chat-Partners after an upgrade to Empathy 3.4.

With Pidgin everything works fine.

OK, I've found out why the Facebook-chat worked with some of my contacts but
not with some others. If the contact has deactivated all applications than they
can't receive my messages. If they've activated applications in general they
can receive my messages. So a Facebook-problem and not one of Empathy?
